Resignation of CFO

Gas Turbine Efficiency plc (AIM: GTE), a leader in energy services and aviation products, announces that Kevin Dotts is to step down as an executive director of the Company, and relinquish the role of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), by 2 April, 2010. A search process to identify a new CFO is already underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.

John Grant, Chairman of GTE, commented:

“I am sorry that Kevin has decided to resign from GTE for personal reasons. I would like to thank him for the significant contribution he has made in his short time with the company, and we wish him well for the future.”
